Lentils! Also ask your dcotor for some lactulose, its a treatment for chronic constipation and has no side affects other than well softer stools!

Oh I've also heard that black licorice helps

Oh, black licorice WILL send you to the bathroom. But I'm not about to try that, because I figure I'll probably vomit it back up because it tastes so gross haha.

Thank-you all for your suggestions, i knew about lactolose and fibre gel as use these at work for residents but didn't know about affects on baby, and wary to take things etc. But will be giving all the options ago, and might even try the black liqiroise although hate these!
