What maternity jeans to get- underbelly / secret fit panel

Hi ladies

I was just thinking to go and buy some maternity jeans soon, I am 12 weeks with #1 tomorrow; and my regular jeans dont button & I am tired of the rubberband trick.

Since I am due in mid september I am going to be showing & HUGE in all of spring and summer. . SO, I was wondering should I get the "over the belly / secret fit belly" kind OR the "under the belly" kind? Will the over the belly one be too warm on the belly in summer? What are the rest of you planning to buy?

i hated over belly... just didnt feel good at all... panel ones are good x

I haven't decided but if you get underbelly ones, you can always wear a band to keep bump warm untill it get hot

I found that the over belly panels were too baggy earlier on and then got too tight on me way before the end of pregnancy. They started to dig in and give me like three bellies iykwim. The underbelly ones were far, far better. They had a tendency to slip down a bit and i was always hoicking them up, but much better than the over bump ones.

Heya, I haven't invested in any maternity jeans yet so I can't advise, I'm due mid(ish) september too and I'm planning on wearing loose dresses/leggings in summer, I'm already panicing about overhearting and being too warm. Lol(probably not much luck of that anyway with typical English summers)
