massive boobs and constipation

hi all, its still early days for me but im in agony with my boobs, they have swelled a lot and its really uncomfortable to sleep because they are sore & get squished unless im on my back. Plus im sure everyone is wondering what is going on because i suddenly look like Jordan (OK so a slight exaggeration)

hubby is enjoying them though :-)

is this going to go away or can i expect it for the duraton ???

also im pretty constipated - and great cures out there ?????

Hi,

I am beginning to wish that my boobs had grown and were sore!! I don't have many symptoms at all right now, but constipation I have been having! Satsuma's are working like magic for me, also helping me with the constant thirst!!!

Good Luck x

Hey there, I know how you feel about the constipation. The best cure I've found is a small glass of prune juice and loads of water. The taste isn't as bad as I thought would be, so I just knocked it back.

As for the boobs, I wear a cotton sports bra when ever I'm not wearing a normal bra. Even to bed. Its helps to keep you from rolling over and catching one in the middle of the night. I m/c in October, and have found now that I am pregnant again, I'm not near as sore as I was last time. Either that or the strapping down is working!! lol

Good luck with both!!

I got some cheap tight vest tops and crop tops from Primarni for a few quid. Stops my boobies flopping about andme catching my nipples and it was either those that stopped the pain in my boobies, or it just went on its own.. The constipation thing hasn't really been a problem for me though so can't suggest anything for that.

thanks all for the advice, mabe i should get a crop top to wear in bed? im trying to drink more because ive always been a bit of a camel so def dont drink enough water. Might try the prune juice. Also i seem to remember my mum giving me syrup of figs when i was a kiddie (think its all natural) so maybe that might be OK ???

awww i feel your pain!! my boobs have been sore and are more pert and hard and hot! but im only a B cup so they dont tend to get in the way of things...
I was guna come on here and write about my constipation its driving me nuts...i hadnt gone for about a week so last week i took 2 senna pills before bed and it cleared, and i havnt been again since!! that was a week ago! ive been twice in 2 weeks...urgh (sorry tmi lol) I did find out today though that eggs and bananas are bad and cause constipation and ive had cravings for eggs, ive been having big fat veg filled omlettes every day!lol so thats prob not helped. I found some pure red grape juice in tesco (not from concentrate) and that works usually but hasnt been all week...have to drink quite a bit though depending on how bunged up you are. i am guna try prune juice though..desperate times and all that lol. lots of fibre, fruit water etc, the usuals will help, but i think you have to have lots!lol
good luck..x
