I'm Currently Feeling: | How I'm feeling lately... I've been doing really good lately. I've had quite a bit of nausea which is never fun and I actually got sick for the first time the other day on the way home from a friends house because of leftover bruschetta we had in the car from eating out the night before. Shawn had to actually stop and toss the bruschetta out after I got sick in a plastic bag...it was awful but I havent gotten sick since.
Boobs are soooooo sore. I cant believe how sore they really are. I wake up and they literally feel like they are going to fall off. My bra's are all starting not to fit...Im a DD already and went to see if they had changed cup size but as of then they hadnt gotten past that DD mark so I decided to wait...to me they are looking funny almost a little pointed out so I know they are going to change soon seeing as though in my normal bra I look almost like I have 4 boobs because the bra cuts into them if you know what I mean.
Tomorrow is my ultrasound and I am soooo nervous. I know I shouldnt be and that everything is going to be fine but still there is that little voice saying "what if something is wrong?" I think it just worries me because the last pregnancy I went for an ultrasound and all they could see is the sac...no fetal pole but told me to come back in 10 days and they would see if there was changes and before I could I m/c. The thing that is keeping me positive is the fact I have no spotting, no bleeding and no cramping. I had all of that the last time. So thank goodness for that. I also worry because of the 'risk of spina bifida' they say I have. Hopefully baby is healthy thats all I can pray for. I cant wait for them to tell me EXACTLY how far along I am so I dont have to guess anymore.
This is where Im going to put my little rant. I told my husband before he crawled into bed lastnight that he didnt do the litterboxes. We have 4 cats and 2 litter boxes and they need to be done everynight. He said "cant it wait until tomorrow morning? Im getting up at 7 anyways..." I said no I didnt think so because one of them is located in the bathroom and when I went to pee the smell was gagging. Of course he got up to check and came back to the bedroom and said "they will be fine until tomorrow" Of courseeee he would say that because he just really didnt want to do it then. Me being stubborn got up and did it myself. He came out just as I was finishing and said "you arent supposed to be doing that" I just looked at him and said "well obviously you weren't" then he told me to give him the bag of dirty kitty litter and he would bring it to the garbage room. I was just annoyed at this point and said "If I can clean the damn thing myself I can take it to the garbage room myself". So I did. Now I do have to give him some credit because most times he has been really good about it and does it because at one point a few months ago I got into a huge fight with him about it and said I wasnt going to TTC because I was going to have to do the litter boxes myself so there was no point. I just get so annoyed because things like that he just seems to brush off as no big deal and oh I can do it later. Anyways sorry guys if you read this I was just really ticked off about it lastnight and needed to rant. Rant over. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think lots of men have the 'Manyana Manyana' out look - I know mine does at times.
Good luck for your scan. I'm sure everything will be spot on. I know everyone feels anxious before a scan - its just your protective mothering instincts hun.
Let us know how you get on and I cant wait to hear exactly how far along you are - fingers crossed you jump forward!!

I'm Currently Feeling: | Haha ya I thought about that. Lately Ive been trying to keep myself busy so Im not constantly thinking about the baby and how far along I am. Haha I feel like time is going so slow! Ive been playing on pogo.com the luau bingo its so much fun and keeps my mind off things lol. A preggo journal would definitely help might do that later today or tomorrow. xo |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Good luck for your scan. I'm always having to remind Stan about the litter box (our cats are so picky and won't go unless it is clean so it has to be done several times a day) |

I'm Currently Feeling: | So it's not just me with the litter tray problem then! He says it can wait til the morning, but how would he like it if I made him pee in the pile of poo he did the day before??!!! They just haven't got a clue!
Anyways, good luck for the scan, I hope it all goes well. I had mine yesterday and can totally understand your aprehension - I was shaking when I got there! |
