Hi girls, hope you're all having a nice weekend. I'm not too great today, mega-tired, boobs sore and very bad nausea. Putting a brave face on as don't want to complain about it!

Has anybody heard from Rachel h? Fingers crossed for you chick xoxoxo

Babyshoes - I too am suffering bad costipation, I'm taking Fybogel twice a day and stopped taking multi-vitamins that have iron in them as they can block you up. Just taking folic acid at the moment. I've also heard prune juice is very good, I tried it in my last pregnancy but spat it out, disgusting to me unfortunately. You could also try lemon in hot water as that also helps to get things moving. I'm just looking at it as God's way of starting to prepare me for labour lol. Sorry if TMI, the constipation is extremely painful when I eventually have a motion and I have a fissure now which can't get a chance to heal either. But I refuse to complain to anybody, remaining positive that it will be worth it.

Beaniemac, try not to worry. I had the slightest dot of pink watery blood a week ago. Didnt think anything of it as didnt know I was preggers last week but I remember a nurse telling me bleeding can be common, I had a full bleed at 7 weeks in my last pregnancy. It may not mean the MC and your's sounds so slight. I'd just take a note of it and if it happens again or if you have any cramps ring your doc for peace of mind. It could be just the sac still settling into the uterine wall or a small amount of old blood being released.

xoxo

Hi ladies!

Congratulations on your october babes-in-the-baking!

I'm due October 21st. Interested to hear about all you ladies who have booking apps and scans soon. Despite being assured that I would need an early booking app by my midwife when I called I still have not had my app thru yet... 4 weeks after I contacted them. I'm currently 9+2 weeks.

Feeling frustrated as I had a MMC (Discovered at 14 weeks, little one died around 12 weeks) in October last year and the consultant who saw me at my appointment 6 weeks later told me that I would get an early scan on my next pregnancy and there would be a plan of care put together for me. On calling the EPU, I was told that I couldn't have an early scan as it would be before the gestation at which I had problems last time.
I understand that the EPU's are stretched but reading through your posts it's interesting how different things can be from one part of the country to another.

Really feel there should be a bit more support for women in early pregnancy. It's a really scary time, particularly if it's your first.
Thank God for you lovely ladies here!

Sorry,
rant over!! looking forward to sharing some more positive things with you ladies soon, just needed to get that off my chest tonight!

Morning Ladies!

Feeling more positive now, thanks for all ur lovely comments. Havent had any more spotting since, so fingers crossed it was just a little bit coming away and nothing serious. Im thinking it may have been something to do with doing the deed the night before - so no more of that until we know all is well.

Still no word of an appointment - But its great having mum knowing now as she is there to reassure me and that is the best thing! So glad I told her!

Apart from the megga sore boobies, and feeling slightly sick on it this morning, all is good.

Any of u finding clothes gettin tighter - Im noticing it now, but reluctant to tempt fate by purchasing yet! Any of the rest of u bought yet?

Hope everyone is doin good today!

Hi all hope you are all doing well. Im 8+1 now and had an early scan last week which was all good. Sore the babies heart beat which was lovely.

I suffer from constipation every now and then and my Dr prescribed me about a years worth of fibergel and a big bottle of lactulose which both worked brilliant. Which was a big relief!

I've got another scan in 4 weeks and my booking in appointment today. which im looking forward to. I live in devon and have always known it to be booking in appointment at 8-10 weeks and first scan at 12 weeks. Im so surprised how varied this is everywhere over the UK.

I'm feeling great at the moment just really tired and having difficulty finding things I want to eat! Which isn't ideal because i'm still a member of slimming world, and i've slowly been putting on weight since finding out!

Good luck all it's great to read what everyone has to say xxx

Hello! I'm due Oct. 23rd!
I've been getting quite a few symptoms! So far been sick all day, every day for the last 4 weeks, worse in the evening-time. I'm also already showing! Had to buy stretchy maternity pants, lol! Yesterday I noticed that my gums are swelling and a bit sore and my nails have started growing incredibly fast! I've been getting some aches and pains too!
