I'm Currently Feeling:  | Just had my 12 week scan!!!!!
Well, I didn't sleep a wink liast night - I was so scared of what we would see this morning. I got up and 7 and had to kill time - the appointment was 11.40. I managed it, then as we were leaving the house, I noticed that the sccan was at 11.20!!!! Aaahhhh!
Anyway, we got there on time and i was absolutly Sh**tting myself in the waiting room. We went into the room and the lovely lady put the jelly on my tummy, then the scanner. within about 5 seconds, she said "Well theres your baby". I looked at the screen and there it was - heartbeat and all!!!
It was really funny, an active little thing. It kept jumping like it had hiccups!!
She did the NT test and the results came back really good. For my age group the risk is 1 in 400, the results came back as 1 in 2091 for my baby!! Very good!
I didn't get to see too much of it - i was crying too much!!
Anyway, enough of my ramblings (I'm so excitied I have verbal diarreoh now!!!) - here's the bit you've all been waiting for - my photo!!!: |
