Not feeling too good...............

Hi all,
Im feeling really miserable today as I just have a bad feeling Im going to miscarry.
I started off with light brown stringy spotting when I wiped this morning which then turned to small amounts of watery pink blood. Then this afternoon I strained quite abit as I am a bit constipated and when I wiped there was a lump of jelly like blood (sorry tmi) on the tissue, about the size of a penny.
Ive been for my 2nd bloods tonight and found out that my Hcg levels on sunday were only 18.
Have to phone in the morning for results.
I am so scared
