all that info is great hun thank you ever so much. I can imagine brastfeeding a baby with teeth would be very very painful. Well done for for sticking to it, i dont think many would. I think its going to be difficult to start off with but like anything new ill get the hang of it.
I have looked into freezing it looks pretty straight forward. It keeps for a few months. You thaw it in the fridge and then heat as you would normally.
I really cant wait to experiance it all. As i say ill only breast feed for the first few weeks and then as long as im not too shattered ill start expressing. I think ill only breast feeed up to 6 months or so and then gradually introduce formular.

I've been told you can't mix it? I don't mean in the same bottle. I mean, sometimes use breast milk, and sometimes use formula.

I'm not sure yet, I'd like to do a mixture of both so that my mum can help me look after baby to give me some rest.

Also, does breastfeeding give you saggy boobies?

No it doesn't. If women have breast changes, it is due to pregnancy.

Also, the way a baby breastfeeds means it doesn't hurt when baby has teeth. My LO has several teeth and it is no problem at all.

Breastfeeding is easier than expressing, and almost all ladies who try exclusive expressing give up.

I'll be BFing again if not tandem nursing as I'm still BFing now. I am very pro BFing and would encourage it but I would never judge anyone who chose not to as at the end of the day it is your body, your baby and your choice. I will say though don't rule it out completely as you may change your mind when LO is here xx

I would love to breastfeed but I won't beat myself up about if it doesn't work out for whatever reason. I love seeing a woman out and about breastfeeding, it makes me smile. It's a shame it's not such a common site that people don't bat an eyelid. I'm fairly shy and will want to make sure I'm completely covered though. Who knows, maybe once I have baby being slightly exposed simply won't matter.

I think a lot of women find it is easier than they thought, to feed in public. I've had an anxiety disorder for a long time, and thought I'd never be able to feed in public, but it is not a problem at all!

That's great to hear. I'm sorry you suffer with an anxiety disorder though.

I won't be breast feeding and will be FF right from the start. I won't feel guilty about it either.

I am going back to work part-time once LO is born and he will be coming with me, so don't fancy having customers or clients coming in and out or trying to answer telephones whilst BF at the same time.

For first time moms who aren't sure about breastfeeding I really highly recommend that you don't give up on the idea before trying it. I was quite stressed out about it when pregnant with my first wondering if I would manage it, how I would feel about it etc. When my son was born he wouldn't latch on the first day so I was ready to get the bottles out!! But after a good sleep he did latch on and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. He always gained weight fine and was a peaceful baby so it reasurred me that he was getting enough and my milk was good quality. For those who are shy about breastfeeding when out don't worry - I am too and I just use a fitting room when I'm in a shop for example. When we have guests over or I'm at someone's house I just excuse myself and go to a bedroom. The most precious moment imo is when your little one is breastfeeding and staring at you in the eyes; I really miss those moments and can't wait to be b/f the next little one.
