the closer I get to the date of af the more I dread it! I won't believe I'm pregnant until next monday when af date will have long passed, I know that cramps are normal in early pregnancy but they feel so much like af cramps that I feel like its over already blahhh!

ewok111, avoid caffeine of all sorts like the plague as its bad for bp, do things which help you unwind, like taking a warm bath or watching a fave film or in my case tubs of ice cream

I tried bookin my midwife appt today but they told me to ring back in a few weeks as they wont take it this early on. i have my own bp machine as im a nurse so that can be another thing for me to obsess over lol! how's you today, any symptoms?

pregnancy yoga is the best one to do I think, I'm hopefully signing up soon if I can, I think its better because its specifically designed to help you tone and stretch the muscles for childbirth, plus it might feel silly now when most of the women will have bumps some of them won't, the instructors will also be informed about pregnancy so you won't be doing anything that will harm you or beanie but yea its better to be surrounded by bumps then go to normal yoga and end up being the only one with a bump lol

Hi Chocolate,

My symptoms are very like your which is so reassuring as we're only 1 day apart. The sleep thing.......whats that all about. I went to bed last night and it took forever to fall asleep after having weird dreams that i wasn't sure if they were real or not!!! My boobs are tender one minute then not the next and its more of a firey/burny sensentation. Lower backache, more towards the centre just above my bottom. The funny taste in my both and a runny nose.
I phoned the early Pregnancy Unit were i stay and have been bookeed in for an early scan on the 18th as we have been ttc for 5 years and have had two miscarriages so i am paraniod as hell at the moment and wish it was end of April and everything is ok!!

Thank god for you ladies otherwise i would be even worse than i already am.......if thats possible xx

hello ladies...I have just found out that I am pregnant...waiting to visit the doctor to have it all confirmed, but 2 tests have proved it thus far! Congratulations to all you ladies so far.

I have to say it is very comforting to see that everyone has had similar experiences, I thought it was just me...the tiredness...and the eating..first few weeks I would eat anything in site, and now all of a sudden, I feel sick at the thought of eating! Oh and the sore boobs!! I think i'm only 4-6 weeks.

Good luck everyone!

xxxx
