Vanilla - I used internet cheapies and my line didn't go as dark as control line until 20dpo. I put a post on pregnancy test gallery showing my progression if that helps at all?

Same reason we are keeping stum! I told everyone before as i was so excited, then having to let them all know, then update them with the hospital appointments...it was hell!
I have only told the people who i think need to know...my Mum&Dad, my friend who has 4 children (she understands all this), my boss & a lady i work with who has been through it too and my hairdresser as i had dye put in my hair.

So exciting though, every little hint of a symptom that i get i get so excited!
Hi, and thanks

Yeah I think I was shocked my the mc but have handled it well, I have ds though and also never had a scan last time so never pictured the baby which for me makes a huge difference! Which is why Im scared to look at the baby on the scan this time in case I really bond and then loose it.
I tend to block out really emotional stuff so I think thats what I did, but I am so glad Im pregnant so quickly as ttc really stresses me out.

Im expecting the worst tbh most of the time, like today my symtoms have lessenned so I automatically think thats a bad thing, but logically I know I could get them all back later! I do have to just try to stay a bit positive, but with my eyes open to the fact that I could miscarry again. I have PCOS so my mc rate could be as high as 45%, although this depends on hormone levels and apparantly mine are all in normal range so my mc rate is a guessing game!

Fingers crossed, we can worry together

yea we will get through the next 12 weeks together, and give each other lots of PMA. We will be fine, I keep telling myself that the statistics show that just because we have had one mc does not mean we are at any greater risk of having another. I have chrones disease which really flared up in my last pregnancy so im really trying hard not to stress and to keep my chrones symptoms under control. Im glad this thread has been set up as it seems most of us don't have many symptoms. Today mine have mostly gone too, I keep poking my boobs to see if they still hurt, think im going insane lol!!

Hi Everyone!

I am 3w 6d today. Got our BFP two days ago... very excited. According to my last cycle I am due Nov 8.

We are excited/nervous and everything in between!

The only symptoms for me so far have been a little cramping, and I have been really tired the last few days.

Yeah and also remind yourself that most women experience 1 miscarriage, even if its an unnoticed one just as af is due, so we have done our 1, and now its time for our successful pregnancy

Maybe its normal then at this stage to loose most symptoms seeing as we both have today and are the same dates! I think my boobs are slightly aching today, and I felt so tired about an hour ago but am ok now, but not much shortness of breath which is great as long as the pregnancy is ok!
Hope you manage to stay in control of the chrones, its very hard to stay chilled in pregnancy with hormones and worries etc.!

Hope everyone else is doing ok

I have just got sore boobs today and nothing more! just been to my doctors to them im pregnant, it was very uneventfull, i asked for hcg blood test and they said no, nasty people! They will see what they can do re early scan and have told me to make my first midwife appt. They didn't even do a pregnancy test! my blood pressure was way to high and they told me i need to find a way to calm down, any ideas anyone?

Hi, ill leave a note on your visitor board later (im typing with one hand as ds is asleep on my other arm!)

Are they monitoring your bp? id make your midwife appt asap and ask about it....... what about doing something like yoga or having a massage? Going for quiet walks each day
