I wasn't sick at all. I was like you and felt nauseous and had heartburn. And went very dizzy sometimes and was really really tired. You might get really bad headaches and swollen ankles as things go on as thats what I've been blessed with now

I'm 6 weeks today. I haven't had M/S so far (fingers crossed), what i have had the last couple of days, is a churning stomach and i can't stomach milk (which is great as we are suppose to drink lots of milk), plus loads of wind. i have been outdoing DH the last couple of days

I'm just as paranoid I'm afraid. I too have really only had tiredness, sore boobs (off and on) and heartburn and gas - and cramps. Sometimes I think I feel a bit queasy but I can't tell if that is just because I have wound myself up worrying.

It's hard not to worry especially when all the pregnancy books and internet go on and on about morning sickness - it makes you feel it must be normal to have it and that something is amiss if you don't - BUT I really don't think symptoms or lack of them are in anyway an indication of anything.

I know people who had all the symptoms and still went on to miscarry, sadly, and people who had no symptoms and didn't even know they were pregnant because they still got their period! Life is weird and wonderful and even cruel sometimes, but all we can do is try to be in the moment.

Besides lots of people don't get them until a bit later on than we are (8 weeks or 10 weeks even).

Some women are sick with one gender and not with the other (the gender differs with each woman), others avoid it all together and others are sick throughout. So really no way to tell what is normal for you. But don't worry no MS is a good thing - 1 less symptom to make your life hell.

I haven't been sick yet, but I do get nauseous if I haven't eaten for more than 2 hours.
