Hiya,

I went to my docs at 4 weeks. Told him I was pregnant, he said are you keeping it, I said yes, to which he said ok well congratulations then. No confirmation. He told me to book appointment with midwife at reception. Didn't say when for just said make appointment. So I did, for the following week. When I seen midwife she said "well your only 5weeks so really it's to early to see you. I don't usually see newly pregnant ladies till 8 weeks. She didn't confirm it either so I made appointment on 22nd feb, when I was just over 9 weeks. Went to see her then & she hadn't made it in due to snow. Made ANOTHER appointment week later at 10week 2 days & she wasn't there because she was on a study day!!! I've now finally got a home visit booked for tomorrow @ 11 weeks 2 days! This is just for my notes/history! So god knows when the scan will be! 14weeks prob! And still in the whole 11 weeks no confirmation has been done. Quite irritating as most the time I don't even feel pregnant as I have no symtoms so it'd be nice for someone to actually say "yep there's definatly a little baby growing in there" just have to wait for the scan now I guess. Which shouldn't be much longer (I hope!)
