headaches


Has anyone had any headaches? i have had one for 3 days and taken countless paracetamols.They haven't worked Im back in work tomorrow and really don't want to have headaches with a class full of kids to contend with! Any other remedies people can suggest? Thanks

I'm Currently Feeling: 



Go to the doctors. Tell them you're getting headaches and paracetamol isn't working. Then ask them to prescribe you something. I'm taking Codeine Phosphate for my migranes. One tiny little pill and all the pain is gone. Totally harmless to your baby too.

I see my chiropractor and he adjusts me differently to make sure that my head is on straight. It really helps.

I'm Currently Feeling: 



I was having countless migraines and headaches for days aswell - drink ALOT of water, if that doesn't help(it didn't help me) take medication, if that doesn't help(didn't help me), maybe try getting your eyes checked out; If you need glasses but aren't wearing any ATM or if your prescription has changed(that happens frequently with pregnant women) it can cause severe migraines. (helped me)
