Peppermint

I've got a killer headache and I'm just feeling down right sick. I want to drink some peppermint tea because its supposed to help soothe headaches and nausea(plus its my favourite!), and I'm trying to stay away from painkillers. I'm getting mixed results on google if you should drink it while pregnant...anyone hear anything reliable about it???

I found it really helped with my morning sickness in the first trimester too and with indigestion when that started.
