I'm Currently Feeling: | Force yourself to eat well? Hi girlies, happy weekend!
I've started feeling bit sick... WOO HOO!! Hoping this is a good sign as never had this nausea with two m/c... so really hope tis a sign!
But...with that comes more paranoia!
I can't eat my normal stuff! Can't even face veggies! And as for cooking chicken or something, MY GOD I nearly vomited!! I expected nausea with strong smelling meat/ spicy rich foods...but even lettuce makes me feel odd.
I wondered if anyone who'd experienced vomiting/ nausea found they were even off the non smelly things like veg like me.. Did you just force yourself to eat well? Or wait it out then compensate later on?
All I managed in the last 24 hours was a veggie burger thing! it really was the only thing that doesn't stink to high heaven!!
Vitamin pills instead? God the worry! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I ate what I felt I could eat and left everything else out. It's really more important that you get (and keep) food down you rather than trying to eat healthy. The prenatal vitamin should do ok for now, and you can always go back to eating better once the MS has passed. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Agree with you Momand peanut, what is it about the humble veggie that has made us so vomitous?! I used to love veg! Now when I go near brocoli I want to vom like that girl in the Exorcist. it really is strange.... |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think chicken turns a lot of people. Used to be my favorite, now I take one bite and I'm done. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Your body has a lot of stored nutrients. Baby will take what they need from you. I was off of almost all food, I actually lost weight in the first 12 weeks (about 10 lbs) as long as you can do your best to keep your prenatal vitamin down you should be ok. When you feel up to it you can go back to eating healthier more balanced meals. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Eat what you can and what will make you feel better at the moment. When m/s fades, you can be more careful. Try to enjoy this as much as possible. |
