Tips for Beating Tiredness?

Really suffering with tiredness at the moment. I'm good til about 2-3pm when I'm soo tired and my work is suffering. Anything I could try eating to perk me up? I'm just sooooooo tired My diet is very limited at the moment, working round morning sickness and I think thats partly why I'm so tired.

I think I'm lacking in iron as I don't eat meat and I can't stomach dark green veg. Anything with high levels in that isn't icky?!

Ika x

Make sure you are getting iron in a vitamin tablet. No particular help-sorry but lots of sympathy. I was exactly the same - my work productivity dropped to about 10% in the afternoons. No wonder bosses used to afraid of employing women,i wouldnt like to employ me!!!!

If its any consolation it does improve I am now at 12 weeks at am getting better & better in the afternoons. Its just a stage, stick with it!!

I'm exactly the same. I'm going to spend the next hour or so devising a new diet for myself and start going to bed earlier. I can't afford to be this tired all the time.

Hi, I'm nearly 12 weeks and i, like u, really suffered with tiredness from 6 to 10 weeks and i couldn't stomach any food (not being sick, just constant nausea!). i work full time, i was basically falling asleep at my desk and i'd lost 8lbs! I went to my GP and she signed me off work for 2 weeks and it's the best thing i've done. I've just gone back to work and i feel soooo much better now. If you are really struggling go see your doctor, they can help. Just try to nap when you can, i know it's hard tho when u have to work! I hope u feel better soon
