BFP and Missed Period now SYMPTOMS GONE AND CRAMPS?

A couple weeks ago I started having pg symptoms: Emotional mostly. Then sore bbs, some nausea, some more peeing than normal and a little tired.
Had BFP on 2/14, 2/17 and 2/20 (progressively darker). AF was due yesterday 2/19.
Today I am having almost NO symptoms and two days ago I started having mild twingy cramping on left side. Now today aside from the huge lack of any symptoms I am also having cramps. Mostly when I am lying still is when I notice them.
I'm so scared because of having three mc (2006, 2007, 2009)... All three seemed to be blighted ovum where the baby didn't develop and no sac.
What am I to think now? I can't go to Doc yet as I will have to get Medicaid- that's taking forever! I suppose I'm only about 4weeks but I am so tempted to go to the ER and spend that crazy amount to get checked out.

any thoughts ladies?

It is very normal for symptoms to come and go during early pregnancy. It is also very normal to have menstrual-like cramps.
Unless you are experiencing symptoms that you recognize from your previous miscarriages, or you are having any bloody discharge, I doubt you need to put yourself through the stress and cost of the ER.
Probably the best thing for both you and baby would be to try to relax and rest. I know that's not easy to do when you're worried.
On the topic of the doctor, what about a women's health clinic? Lots of different countries and health care systems have free clinics, especially when it comes to prenatal care. Maybe look into that and see if there is any place that might be able to get your prenatal care started?

Have you taken another test sweetie?? I had a chemical pregnancy and that is pretty much what happened to me..but I was late for AF..I had 3 BFP and then all my symptoms were gone a week later..I went bought another test it was negative and AF came on the next day. My doc explained a chemical pregnancy to me is a pregnancy that our body doesn't deem as viable and if it wasn't for the early pregnancy test we would have never known we was pregnant. I so so hope this is not the case for you. I would take another test and I hope its still a BFP! God bless you dear and sticky baby dust to you

Im on the same boat did your pregnancy continue or did you have a chemical pregnancy?
My period was due 3/19 & today is 3/24 and my breast are not sore anymore maybe as the day goes my nipples get very sensitive and my breast get hard out of nowhere & get some cramps im worried aswell :/ I been trying for 5 months
