Does anyone else feel scared about the whole being pregnant thing?
Even though i have wanted nothing more than this for the past 2 years now that it is actually happening i am sooooo scared something will go wrong and i hate it.
I dont know whether thats just me or whether its a perfectly normal feeling.
Yep - flippin' petrified! I'm not so bad now, but the first few weeks were hell. It took me a while to realise what will be will be - stressing will just do more harm than good.
What ur feeling is perfectly normal hun, just read some of the other threads on here! I too feel worried about everything from the pregnancy to how I'm gonna afford it if my child wants to go to university!!!!! (getting slightly ahead of myself) So I know it's hard but don't worry about worrying, if u get what i mean?
xx
Thank you for writing this thread - I found out a few days ago I was pregnant and haven't stopped worrying since. I've become paranoid that each ache, pain and twinge is something going wrong. Of course, on the rare occasion my breasts stop hurting as much I'm then prodding them and worrying that something is going wrong because they've stopped hurting!
It's reassuring to know that freaking out isn't abnormal. I know what will be will be but that doesn't seem to stop the paranoia!
I really wanted it to happen and now it has im happy but I just want it to hurry up so I can stop worrying, if something bad is gonna happen which I really hope doesn't I want to get it over with.
