We just have a Peanut, and he's a he even though we don't KNOW that he's a he... it's just easier than saying "he or she" and nicer than "it"

We named our bump Cabbage.

We were joking around one night about what we'd say the first time he/she asked where babies come from. I said I'd tell it that a mommy has a cabbage patch in her tummy and the daddy has seeds and when they love each other enough, the daddy plants his seeds in mommy's tummy. So ever since then, we've been referring to our bump as "the cabbage."

we always seem to call ours 'she' even though we have no idea if it's a he or a she!!

Ours is called 'The Little Bean' for now but around the time of the 12 week scan we'll probably change to 'The Little Plum' as it's closer in size!

Ahhhh, some of these names are so cute. We have just been calling ours 'bean' or 'beanie' which is highly unimaginative but am determined now to come up with something better - especially as our little bubba is bigger than a bean now!
