people will always have their own views and opinions but at the end of the day its going to be your baby and no one elses hunni so dont let them get to you

I have learnt that nobody is really a great friend they always stab you in the back. They are not worth it, so I stay away from them most of the time. I have my family and thats all I care about.
If it was me I would have to say something even is I wasn't meant to be reading it. But thats just me LOL.
Ignore them hun, all that matters is you and your OH and your baby.

This happened with me too cause i went from going out to town every night to not going at all. Also from going shopping every weekend to hardly ever.

I dont think they can realise when its not fun for a 17 week preg woman to go to town not drink and hardly be able to dance due to back pain lol. I more wiggle than dance lol. And how its not fun for me to go shopping and not buy anything cause in a few months i wont fit in it.

But i must say i enjoy my life more now. I have something to look forward to instead of all the endless partying etc.

And its not like my mates are young either there all in the mid to late 20's but still the ones that matter stuck around and thats all that matters!!

I've heard a load of people say they know who their true friends are when they're pregnant. I've found that EVERYONE wants to be my friend now. I have people e-mailing me and checking on me that I haven't spoken to in years, and didn't particurarly get along with back then. I tell them all to screw off and mind their own business.

And that is exactly what you should say to her. Its your baby, its your life, and if things don't work out, then it is your responsibility to deal with them. Tell her to screw off and get her own life and stay out of yours. What a snob!

Ohhh babe thats awful! If it makes you feel better when i called my best mate of 15 years to tell her about the baby she ended up having a go at me for being mardy onthe friday night before about how long we were sat in a pub for (long and borning story)! I think some people cant deal with such a big change straight away and so they dont always react well. Bugger it I say. If she cant be happy for you and support you then she can sod off and leave you to it. i would talk to her about it though if its making you this upset.
