OK, whilst the thought of eating it doesn't sound too appealing, I've always LOVED the smell of dog and cat food. Even now I'm pregnant, the smell of dog/cat food is on a par with freshly cut grass, or freshly baked bread, or a cake baking in the oven........... YUM!!!!

Blahhh I think I pretty much urged and gagged my way through this post.

No, I have to say that I MOST DEFINTELY do NOT crave dog food. Or the smell of it.

I had a gag reflex to my cat's wet food in my first trimester

But I have heard of people wanting to eat laundry soap, so you certainly aren't alone in having crazy cravings

Isn't there some sort of thing that you crave weird food like that in pregnancy if you have an iron deficiency??? I think I read it in "What to Expect When You're Expecting". I think they said anything like ice, soap, and anything that isn't "normal" food could be an indication of that. I'm not saying you have that, maybe the dog food just really is appitizing haha.
