| ok..its started Woke up this morning and felt fine...had a shower, got ready for work tried to eat my cereal and didnt really have an appetite.
Am now sat at work with about 30 mins before I have to leave for court and I feel really really nauseous. Dont think I am actually going to be sick just feel like I have a hang over or the remnants of a stomach bug. Boooooo was hoping id be one of the 30% who didnt get MS!
Any tips?? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | bananas and capri-sun for me! also felt quite sick last night and some girls recommended ice lollies (popsicles) and so I had one last night and it did ease it a little!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I had all day and night nausea but only threw up a handful of times. Soda crackers and 7 up saved me. Also try to eat several small meals throughout the day, tends to help keep the nausea from getting worse. |
