Even if you have no appetite, try to eat a small meal. It will help stave off nausea. Sorry, for lots of women, 7-9 weeks is when m/s sets in.

I'm Currently Feeling: 


ginger biscuits, I get it at the wierdest of times, usually about an hour after I have eatenbreakfast and then just befor i go to sleep, I have a container with a few biscuits in it on my bedside cabinte 1 usually takes it off

Just listen to your body, I really liked ribena before I got pregnant but now I can't stand the stuff. Different for everyone. Rennie might help with the sickness. The tablets, I take them everywhere!
