That's not necessarily true.. the M/W here said to keep away from nuts full stop to stop anything from happening.

Yes it is safe to eat nuts. People forget about children with allergies to milk, dairy, gluten, wheat etc. If we worried 'what if my baby is allergic to' then we;d never eat.

ive been pregnant 3 times and three times i craved peanuts and every single heath professional i have ever spoken to has said its fine unless theres a family history, its personal choice but if everyone worried about every type of food your and you child would never eat anything, im sure theres even a tap water allergy out there somewhere
