Welcome to the forum and congratulations! Sorry you are having a rough time of it. I've heard that eating soda crackers before you get out of bed is supposed to help. Hope it passes quickly

Popsicles. That is all I have to say. Just popsicles. I tried everything under the sun and that is all that works for me.

I am suffering the most awful sickness too and can't offer anthing that helps other than eat what you want to eat.

Good luck - i hope it passes soon - for you AND me!

Morning sickness cannot be cured, it can only be helped and lessened. I'd say keep your fluids up and eat through it. Foods that don't taste so gross when they come back up like biscuits etc did it for me.

I had morning sickness from 9 weeks untill 25 weeks. I really did try EVERYTHING.

Thought I'd add, I think drinking over 2L of water a day stopped mine.

Welcome! I've just begun FEELING sick but not being sick. But the feeling sick is 24/7 and I just can't cook a meal. I posted a thread about it called 'force yourself to eat well?' where the lovely gals came back with all sorts of good advice, so have a read there!
I've since discovered the wonder of veggie burgers which don't smell of anything when in oven and seem to be satisfying hunger without making me want to puke!
Good luck!!!

Try ginger biscuits. I have heard they do the trick.
I have bought ginger-lemon tea to drink if I get morning sickness. Thank God haven't got strong ones, but felt sick/yucky sometimes.
