I'm Currently Feeling: 


i have awful morning sickness, drink loads of water and nibble when you can, juicy fruit, crackers etc. if your sick more than 10 times (like properly sick) and cant hold water down go to the hospital cause you can dehydrate quickly.

I'm Currently Feeling: 


I had peppermint tea last night and it worked wonders...I had another mug when I got up this morning at 8am and I'm just now starting to feel sick again at 5pm(this is a miracle for me). I mentioned popsicles earlier, and they help dull it, but this just makes it actually go away (for me anyway)

Congratulations!!! Hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months - without sickness! Really, I hope it passes soon. I only have nausea, which I discovered only comes on if I let myself get hungry, so thats no help to you!

I'm having the same trouble. I'm nearly 12 weeks and sickness it starting to ease oof, I have been given tabkets by the hospital for mine but only because I dehydrated. I don't find that much helps me and just do what ever my body tells me.

If it helps I had quite a lengthy chat with the midwife and she said they baby could survuve if I didn't eat so not to worry but as long as I tried ti keep drinking water.

hi, im new and six weeks gone and i've been suffering from morning sickness. i've found the best thing is ice lollies and digestive biscuits. i always have a few biscuits on me so i don't get hungry coz thats when i start to feel sick.
