I'm Currently Feeling: | Eatting well So since finding out I was PG i have been stuffing my face which is really bad as I was so good before and had lost 2 1/2 stone and had worked so hard exercising any everything. Can anyone think of really healthy snacks I can have instead of eatting chocolate all day? Is anyone else being a pig like me? I am not even 6 weeks and I am scared I am going to become a whale if I carry on!! I think because I cannot exercise at the moment it is making it worse I feel huge and gross. xx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | It all depends on whether youve got a sweet tooth or are more of a savoury girl. Try eating the kind of things you were eating before when you lost some weight.
There more you eat now the more your going to have to work off afterwards hunni. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've been eating more fruits, apples, oranges, watermelon, grapes. All easy to pack along with you when you go somewhere. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I eat only when I am hungry and have no cravings so I don't eat very much junk food. I honestly wonder how I'd be if I did have cravings. LOL
Seriously, it must be hard for those that crave a particular food and, unfortunately, many cravings are of the fattening kind.
I have no tips really but perhaps try and keep fresh vegetables around or other quick healthy snacks. |

Before i was really tough with myself I would exercise 7 days a week and eat about 800 calories a day (I was getting married though so had a reason to want to be crazy fitness freak) but now I am confused what to eat as I am really hungry. I need Carbs which I did not have before I am just worried I am going to get huge from eatting so much but i cannot seem to stop! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've also found baby carrots are really good and easy to take with me. And I think you are going to have to incorporate some carbs into your diet for energy, that could also be why you get hungry all the time? Just taking a guess here.... |

| I am the same, Id lost 2 stone before getting pregnany and was on my way to loosing another two! Luckily I didnt find it that hard to loose the weight (was doing CORE with WW) so am not too worried about having to loose it again. Have heard horror stories though of people gaining 5 stone etc!
I am trying to go swimming at least twice a wek and just to generally get out and about and walk more. I hope that burns off some of the carbs im craving!
Sorry i cant be more help but just thought id share your pain! |
