I have just googled it and it says yes. But is it safe? I am planning to do fajitas when I get back home for lunch, and fill it with sour cream!! YUM! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Sour cream should be fine. They really only say to avoid spicy foods if you aren't used to it or you have a lot of acid reflux because the spices can make it worse. Otherwise I say enjoy  |
