Oh yes this is def one of my main symptoms!! I am falling asleep between 8 and 8.30pm every night now!! The annoying thing is that I'm not sleeping very well once I get to bed and have spent many nights on my sofa. It's a mixture of me not being able to get comfy and my OH keeping me awake. I have heard that 2nd trimester you get more energy so I'm hoping it's true cos I'm almost there!!! lol

sorry, nodded off there for a minute, have been doing so constantly for the last couple of weeks, even slept through hubby hoovering this afternoon! you are soooo not alone. until the last few days i would say tiredness was my biggest symptom, but now it's a fight between that and nausea oh the joys! i'm doing my best to love every minute, though, and seeing every nap and every toilet-side vigil as a step closer to meeting my little one.

Everything feels like an effort - even brushing my hair. I could quite easily sleep all day and all night if I could get comfortable! I would usually go to bed about 11.30/12 but if I make it passed 9.30 at the moment it's a miracle. I had my MW appointment yesterday and she said it was perfectly normal to feel exhausted, she just said pregnancy effects different women in different ways. The other problem I've had is that I am permanently freezing cold, I know it's cold anyway at the moment but I'm sat here with a dress, roll neck top, leggings and a thick cardigan and I'm still freezing! I also asked about cramps as I've had a lot this week (we are at the same stage) the MW said cramps are really common at this stage as the uterus is going through a massive growth spurt.

Hope this helps x

I am in similar situation, a one minute walk to the car outside leaves me shivering i can barely catch my breath. We left my inlaws after dinner i was the designated driver, i could barely breath because of the short exposure to the cold which is not too bad. I was starting to wonder if this was a pregnancy symptom good to know i am not imagining things.
