I'm Currently Feeling:

..Drinking?..

I recently read somewhere,
That its really important not to drink for the first three months of pregnancy,
Shoot me,
But before I found out,
I was drinking heavily,
And only really stopped when I found out,
Which was not long ago,

Should I be worried?

Before 8 weeks the baby is pretty much cells. Cells that are ruined by alcohol can be replaced and fixed and everything is usually just fine. After 8 weeks I don't know though..

I'm sure your munchkin will be just fine! People heavily drink the whole way through and somehow manage to have perfect babies.

It's way too early on I think..

Even if you did do some damage, which I hope you didn't, your body has 30 weeks to correct it!

It takes more then just a little drinking or drugs to cause issues... If your baby was harmed in the beginning you would have miscarried.

Alcohol during pregnancy can cause such a wide range of issues, from a little bit of behaviour issues to full AFS.
