bahahaha. My boyfriend is absolutely HORRIBLE at this. I've been dealing with constant nausea, and he also had the nerve to say "you're making yourself sick because you think about it so much". I could have smacked him. Why yes, of course, I'm choosing to be sick every day. Why don't I just stop thinking about it, and it will magically go away? Thanks, I NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT.
He also asked me if there was just an "I'm pregnant" pill to make it all go away. I just laughed hysterically and almost cried because he is just so ignorant.
I've thrown "What to expect when you're expecting" in the washroom in hopes of him reading it(this is the only way its going to happen). I doubt its been opened though.
I shouldnt be so harsh on him really...it must be hard for the men folk not having any symptoms and having to deal with it all. See as much as i hate my morning sickness etc it at least makes me feel connected.
OH was looking at my scan pics yesterday (he couldnt make the scan due to work) and said it didnt feel real. He said that it might have done if he had heard the heartbeat so I tried to make the woosh woosh sound to recreate it. That just ended up with him in hysterics and me a little embarrassed
My husband has been pretty wonderful so far. Except that I don't think that he believes that it's the hormones that are causing be to be a bit more, um, unfriendly lol! He keeps saying what I B*&#$ I am!
He reads the baby books, I leave them in the loo so he has nothing else to read in there, so he knows as much as I do pretty much. He goes to the store if I ask him to get me something I'm craving. He rubs my head (sometimes) if I have a headache and can't take anything. He kissed my belly the other day, that put me over the moon! And he still thinks I'm sexy.
Of course he also does stuff that pisses me off, but on the whole he has been very supportive. Most of the stuff that pisses me off doesn't have anything to do with pregnancy anyway, just the rest of life lol!
At first, my OH was not at all happy. This baby was unplanned, so he was in shock, then denial, etc. But gradually, he's started to get excited about the baby and has been absolutely wonderful. He took a day off work Friday (which is not easy for him to do) to go to our NT scan, and keeps talking about the baby. He also asked to hear the heartbeat this past weekend. Sooo, I think that most men gradually get better at this thing
Argggggg. Haha I've finally found that popsicles help my nausea, and now hes going around eating them!!!!! And saying I'm planting symptoms in my head because I'm reading too much about them on here. He actually said "wait till you REALLY get pregnant". Like I'm not REALLY pregnant now?!?

My fella over the moon actually about this baby, so I'm very thankful for that. things are a bit difficult for us right now with certain things, but he's amazing and a very supportive partner. I'm all loved up. Ahaha wait until I'm in the delivery room though, he may be being swore at a little? ahahha
Aww my OH is lovely and very supportive (even if sometimes he does insist only still playing on his psp when i want to talk serious to him lol) hes really excited xx
