Diarrhea & acne, nice!

Sorry to be graphic ladies but has anyone else had this. I have had on/off diarrhea for like over a week, it doesnt seem to be triggered by any food groups or spicy foods etc. Does anyone know anything I can take for it? (without hurting the little person)

Also, for the record I wash and am very clean, but I feel like a teenager again in the acne department, however it's not just my face that gets spotty, I'm not covered in them but I've been getting them on my scalp, ankles, bottom, thighs, I feel like a minger!!!

Ooh no, in the first few weeks I broke out in lots of cold sores, now suffering with dry skin and am constipated... just shows we all have different symptoms. I am going to see the chemist later to see if they can suggest anything.

Why dont you give a pharmacist a ring they are great for advice on things you can and can't take in Pregnancy. Ive been the opposite and had really bad Constipation (TMI sorry) i was prescribed Lactalose i cant spell lol. So maybe there will be something you can take, Give the chemist a ring. I know my Pharmacist is brilliant if you need advice.

Yep spots everywhere sweetie... OH weirdly likes squeezing them when im sitting still too long... weirdo but i love him xxx

I have had diarrhea since before I found out I was pregnant. It's what tipped me off since I had this with my previous two pregnancies. I am 6 and a half weeks and it comes and goes every few days. As for acne, that was another sign for me, and again, it comes and goes. It's not bad, but I notice it and I normally have acne free skin....hope this helps!

Oh god snap!! I thought it was just me!! Im off to the chemist today for something for my skin not sure wat we can take for the diarrhea tho ill see what chemist says xx

I have been getting bad acne, I guess it's down to the hormones. Can't wait til it goes!!

WOOOPEEEE, I get to be the bearer of good news! I am second tri now but pop back in here.

I had diarrohea/constipation/diarrohea/constipation for weeks- it was my version of morning sickness! And I hated it- I just ate the right things depending on which I had and it worked.

And I had terrible spots, I looked like a teenager again, not just on my face- back, thighs, arms!!

But guess what? Both symptoms are long gone and apart from the odd ouchy spot (when i never usually have any), i'm 14 weeks now and those days are long behind me.

Keep going!! Your body is just going crazy at the hormones!!

hi hun im joining your club lol, i woke up and could have played connect four on my face four !!!!!! yes four new spots on my face all in a row across my chin and not diawhatsit but im constipated !!!! oh well the joys of motherhood !!!
