Weird Question? Fruit Juice?


Im on fire today with my random questions!!

Does anyone know if you can drink too much fruit juice? I mean the last few days i have has an insatiable thirst for it and have drunk 3 litres in 2 days!!

I know too much fruit or fruit juice can make you poop but its not bad to drink all that fruit juice when your pregnant is it? I mean its supposed to be good for you, im just worried im drinking TOO much?

Excuse the blondeness if this is a stupid pointless question, but hey at least i can blame it on the hormones

Don't know about drinking too much, I do know my doctor told me that it has a lot of sugar in it so not necessarily a good replacement for water.

Hi Holly

I have heard that drinking too much fruit juice is not good for you in general. Not sure why. Too much OJ makes me go to the loo (if you know what I mean ) xx

I dont know but from week 4 to week 6 i drank pure juice like it was going out of fashion,but from week 6 i went off it totaly and onto fizzy stuff ie pop or fizzy water

See i seem to have gone right off tea and coffee and have been guzzling fruit juice. I dont know what is worse.

Not the cheapy juice either that nice copella pressed apple juice ... costing a fortune at £2 a bottle lol

I'm Currently Feeling: 


Too much vitamin C can be bad, gives you a orange glow if you have.

But I've heard lots of women have a thirst of OJ, I think it's pretty normal but maybe try to vary the juice type so you get an asortment of vitamins. (I'm reading Myleene Klass's book at the sec and she said she lived on the stuff).

Personally I can't drink it when I feel sick, so I'm drinking a lot of milk instead.

I dont think it will harm you. I think we can get too tied up in what we should and shouldnt have and you just need to use common sense. Can you imagine back when our Nan's were having babies if anyone told them too much fruit juice was bad!!! It's natural and good so enjoy it - you will probably go off it before long!!!
