feels like my lower back is pulling apart :s


its like a ache rather than a pain but feels like the back of my pelvis at the back is pulling apart...8weeks! This is too early lol i hope its twins!!!

Popping over from 2nd tri!

I've had back pain through out my whole pregnancy. But, I had back problems before then too. Try seeing your chiropractor about it, but make sure to tell him you're pregnant!

i think that its because my lower back curves in more anyway....im thinking maybe yoga might help. But will defo try a chiropractor though thank u!

Yeah, you just have to be careful with some yoga moves.
I have a curved spine and uneven hips, so I feel your pain there. Try laying on something like your kitchen floor, or another room that has hard flooring. Sometimes if you lay completely straight on a flat floor it cracks your back which takes away some of the pain.

I think I'm getting the same too, it feels like it's my kidney area. I've been using the wii fit a lot since I got my BFP not to do any excercise really but to play the balance games to make sure my centre of gravity remains correct throughout as that's going to help with everything!

Im sorry hun!!! I hope it gets better for you!! I get really bad back pains when I sit or stand for too long, its def not pleasant! Hope you feel better soon!
