Pregnancy - First Trimester

It went really well. We arent sure at this point what my actual due date is and how far along I am because they usually go by the LMP mine however was January 23rd, that would make me 11wks-ish because I skipped AF in February. I showed her my FF chart for March but I think she still thinks I may be a bit further along then 7 wks. I am going to get a little more care and screening done because my husbands first cousin died at 1yrs with Spina bifida so I am going for an early u/s to check for that along with checking my date. They need to do it at 12 wks but if I'm not 12 wks at the time according to the u/s then they will rebook me to come back but at least will know how far along I am. She told us though that the spina bifida was nothing to be worried about because there is a low chance of it (because there was only the one case in his family) but they would take all the precautions anyways. She said hopefully we can get in in the next 2 wks. She did an internal with me and said I felt "puffy" so I assume she meant my uterus felt larger but said I didnt feel quite 11wks so who knows. She also wants me to take a folic acid along with my prenatal because I am not getting the right amount I need especially with the chance of spina bifida.
