Okay, I'm not sure if I'm pregnant, because all of the HPTs came out neg. But I had all of the symptoms last month, [including nipple pains, sickness, tiredness, back pains, implantation bleeding? constant peeing etc] and now all I'm left with is the back pain, sickness, tiredness, almost the constant peeing, and every once in awhile my nipples hurt. But I had my period last month.... Or what seemed like my period. It was two days early, and only 4 days long. Very heavy the first day, and almost nothing the other days.
But lately I've been having a pulling feeling by my uterus I guess you could say [a little to the right, and below my belly button] and it kind of hurts.
And I've also had some sharp pains in my lower abdomen. My friends think I'm pregnant, but I'm beginning to think not, and my other friend said I might be pregnant in my tubes, and my other friend said I might be having endo problems?? I don't know what's going on. Opinions?
Oh, ps. I've also been having a gurgling thing that feels like I'm hungry, but it also happens when I'm eating, and after I eat. Haha my boyfriend doesn't like it very much because when he lays on my stomach I get very bothered because of the feeling in my stomach, and the gurgling. :P

If you could be 6 weeks and tests are still coming out negative, you probably aren't pregnant hun x

The test would be coming up as positive by now if you were hun. In the 2+ years i was trying i had all the symptoms you described on many many occasions and convinced myself i was pregnant and thinking that i was delayed my period occasionally.

I would suggest going to see your GP and getting some routine bloods taken so you can see if there are any underlining problems. Are you trying for a baby?
