How far along were you when you had your first midwife appointment?
I'm 8 weeks tomorrow & I have my first appointment on monday. I saw the doctor when I was 5 weeks, who said I was too early on to see a midwife then, & to "wait a few weeks". But at the antenatal clinic they seemed surprised that I hadn't made an appointment there sooner
I'm worried I won't have left enough time for the midwife to fit me in for a 12 week scan. I know I'm probably being paranoid but I just want to know my little one is ok in there! My first was an IUGR baby, so I'm hoping for a normal, uneventful pregnancy this time!
