I'm Currently Feeling:  | Thanks ladies for all the great info. I'm afraid if I do have one cup I won't stop!!! 
I was told once that an ice cold water will wake you up just as a cup of coffee, but now I know why....you spend most of your time shivering!
I feel like I get a second wind now around 9 when I was going to bed around 8. And of course getting up 2-3 times to pee!  |

| I was the same. Thought my tiredness was just to do with the pregnancy but looking back on it i think it was caffine withdrawl. If its any use im now absoultly fine and can stay up til at least 11! Woohoo my OH is pleased as he was getting annoyed at staying up on his own everynight!
Took about 2 weeks for the tiredness to slow down  |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Ive gone off chocolate since i got pregnant and have never been a big coffee or tea drinker i read in the newspaper a few weeks ago and it said to limit coffee to about 2 mugs a day but it also said you can have up to 8 cans of coke!! I wouldnt even get through that haha - i only read it briefly so i dont know how definate their research was. xx |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Urgh i'm so jelous you even want to drink it, i used to be totally adicted to tea i had atleast 6 cups for breakfast, and now i cant even take looking at it i feel lost i have nothing to do with my time ha ha ha!! But i also thought it was 6 cups of tea |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I dotn have any caffeine, just to be safe. I just thought if anything did happen I'd be thinking 'why couldnt i managed without a cup of bloody tea??'
TBH I dont think the lack of caffeine is your problem - you are simply pregnant and that ridiculous level of tiredness is just something you have to live with for a few weeks!!! It soon goes honestly.

I know I shouldn't but I'm completely addicted.I used to drink like 6 cups per day but now I cut it down to 3...
I just can't stop! 
I LOVE coffee!I've been drinking it since I was 15!I don't smoke or anything addictive but coffee is just.... 
My baby is going to have two heads!  |
