peanut butter on toast have stopped me feeling so ill!! great! i just hope the toast stays in my belly!! think sticky thoughts!

I have heard Fennel tea is good. Not sure about the peanut butter though as pregnant women are advised to avoid peanuts

I thought that was only if there was a family history of allergies?? I'm not allowed them cos OH brother and dad allergic to nuts, am totally gutted looooove nuts. I feel a tantrum coming on ha ha ha

I spoke to my m/w about peanuts. She said there's no evidence to say that eating peanuts in pregnancy do or don't give the LO peanut allergies. I'm still munching peanut butter!

I was told to avoid due to asthma in early childhood. I think they just like to be safe rather than sorry

i have asthma and doc said its fine, because im beng so sick peanut butter is a really good food because its full of protein and slow relase carbs soo good energy food!!!

All you can do is go on docs advise hun. If it works for you eat it to your heart and beans content and enjoy every moment
