Back to the drawing board :(

I know I haven't been on for a little while....but today is the 1st day I can report anything definite.

Went for scan Fri......The yolk sac they had previously seen had gone, and I just had the gestational sac. It was very tender on one side as she scanned me internally, and the sonographer could see I was not overly confident with the result of the scan so did hcg blood tests

17 Jan.....1375
29 Jan.....4676
31 Jan.....6329

Been for a further scan this morning, and definitely not a baby anymore

After all the blood tests had come back saying my hormone level was rising I was silly enough to get my hopes up and seriously thought everything would still be ok.......so rwally wasn't expecting the news we got this morning.

I was never naive enough to think it could never happen again to us, but I was so positive this time round, that everything would be great, we would have a full 9 months and wonderful bundle at the end of it......and its all gone.....again!!!! Another f***ing mmc

Sorry.....I just still can't quite believe it.....another mmc!!!

The only positive thing I can take out of this at the moment is that the mw said to me "when you get pregnant again....you ring me straight away and we will scan you and monitor you"....certainly no consolation to the loss at the moment but peace of mind I will be able to have on a hopeful 3rd time lucky.

I would like to thank everybody on here for all of your posts on previous threads when I have been worried, and for all those that have made me laugh.

I wish you all the very best in your pregnancies and lots of happy healthy 9 months

xxx

Thanks hunni.....Certainly doesn't feel any easier than last time and having the words said out loud in the hospital environment just makes it all seem real....I think running up to today I was in denial about it.

There will be no doubt that our babies will be much loved and appreciated when they finally do arrive.

I hope you get your answers soon xxx
