Sorry if tmi but bunged up!

Sorry if this is tmi but i'm having trouble in the number 2 department. After about 4 days I'm starting to feel constipated and can't go and then about 2 days later I get bad diarrhoea. It's like after being bunged up for so long I get a sudden release! So sorry if this sounds awful but I wanted to know if it is normal, it's not very pleasant! x

When I went to prenatal classes the first time the instructor said that prenatal vitamins can add to constipation and if you take them every second day it might help?

i think this is normal hun as in the hard stuff goes and allows the rest to follow.

this pregnancy lark isnt half charming lol;

Ive been getting this on and off i think its the change in hormones and perfectly normal
