I'm Currently Feeling: | sickness cures ??? Hi all x
Im having really bad morning sickness already as i did with my last pregnancy and i was wondering if any of you have any cures or ways to take the edge off ? Im living on arrowroot biscuits and ginger water at the minute x

I'm Currently Feeling: | something my female family members swear by, as does my natropath, is 3-4 tablespoons of arrowroot podwer in a glass of water. I guess, myself, I haven't found it to be amazingly helpful, but, maybe it's worth a try.
(it doesn't taste so bad, its like slightly chalky with no flavour) | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I suffered with this badly during my second PG, try forcing down a piece of toast even if you dont fancy it, it should help, i'd spend ages cooking healthy dinners that i fancied but when i sat down to eat them i just couldnt face it! ms is worse when your hungry and when its bad you dont feel like eating so just try and brake the cycle, hope this helps x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Eat little and often....i often felt sick but that was because i hadnt eaten and was a bit dehydrated....i found sipping juice throughout the day and bananas helped me...bananas also give you energy....
Once i got up in the night to be sick and after i was sick i had half a banana and in the morning i didnt feel half as sick! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Toast and lemonade, But the lemonade fizz it up so it's gets the fizz out.
I have a slice of toast if I feel sick and I don't feel sick after it.
