HELP they hurt


my boobs and nipples sorrt tmi really hurt it comes and goes isther anythingthat i can do to make them stop i could cry with the pain

I'm sorry I'm not going to be much help here as mine only hurt for around a week or two and are fine now.

Do you have a comfortable, well fitted supporting bra? Might be worth getting one if not.

i found having the shower on the lowest force was really soothing, the heat really helped...bxox

heat does help... try a hot water bottle on them for a while or a hot bath maybe and buying a a bra you can wear to bed is good too. also wearing thicker pj's so theyre not cold in the morning when u wake up!!! tmi i know but they work!

I found mine eased as time went on, they were horrendously painful, now they're just heavy!

Avoid anything cold so they don't stand up. Not v helpful this time of year though, is it?

ty girls im still in a fair bit of pain with them so much that i could cry heat does seem to work but im findingn ow i cant lay on them at amm im sat here now and my bloody nipples are killing me gggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr i cant wait for this to go away this is worse thant when i had my 1st child ohh yea then there is that never had sickness with lucy ggrrrr i hate it i cant eat cuz i feel sick i feel sick cuz im hungry i just cant bloody win can i!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! offf and im always i get so tired its unbeliveable... yet again never had this with lucy got so much house work to do and jsut cant be bothersd my other half is nagging. we went out yday and he was saying ur only pregnant cant be that bad! could have hit him for that i said u try being preg and he said cant be that hard!!!!!!!!! gggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr **nker sorry just had to rant a bit bloody hormones gggrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I had to sleep with a bra on at night as my boobs hurt so much. Hope its eased off a bit for you
