Paranoia at 7 weeks!!!

Ok, so you're probably all going to tell me to shut up. And i really should take some of my own advice that i've given to some of you ladies, but............ i woke this morning and felt surprisingly fine!! I prodded my boobs and nothing!!! No pain at all. I dont feel sick anymore either. I've been prodding my boobs throughout the day and sometimes they hurt and other times they dont. I'm just soooooooo worried that something has gone wrong I'm not bleeding and i'm not getting any pains (apart from when i have wind).
The other thing is, i had an awful dream last night about losing bean. I woke up in total panic!!

Am i just being totally paranoid????? HELP!!!!!!!

Hi GemGems I too am a paranoid freak so pls don't apologise!!!
I don't think symptoms going are always a bad sign. Maybe you're just getting a day off? My mum when preg with me had NO SIGNS AT ALL! And was constantly worried apparently but all turned out OK.
Some people get symptoms all the time, others get none, others have them come and go.
i am sure you will be OK!! You say you've no bleeding etc which is a good sign!

As for the dreams, these are just something we paranoid ones will always have I think!!! Good luck, I am sure all is ok!

Sounds normal Gemgems, symptoms do come and go (one of the many frustrating things) and as for the dream, dreams become much much more vivid during pregnancy! I'm sure all is fine, as you said you haven't had any bleeding or cramping

Thanks for the reassurance ladies. The only reason i'm worried is because i've had symptoms every day for the past 4 weeks and now there's hardly anything. And i remember in my last pregnancy where i miscarried with a blighted ovum, my symptoms stopped all of a sudden. But aparrently it's very rare to have a blighted ovum more than once??!!
I suppose a saving grace is that i'm not bleeding and have no pains (**GemGems looks around for some wood to touch**). I'm sure i'll be on here 2moro complaining about how much my boobs hurt!!!
