Question

Skipping dinner

Is it ok to skip dinner if all the nutrients are being consumed?
I am asking this because when I have dinner I feel full the next day when I wake up and mostly everyday I dont use the toilet to empty it from my IBS . That's why I dont usually have dinner..

Would this be a NO?

I am sure its fine. I had an appointment with the midwife this morning and asked her about eating (or my lack of it at times!) and she said eat what you can when you can and take the pro natal vitamins until you are eating properly again and all should be fine!

Aslong as you're getting food and fluid into your body you'll be just fine.

i find eating small amounts often easier than eating three big square meals a day though i dont have IBS.....im sure you and LO will be fine as long as you eat and drink something throughout the day....
