I have been getting the exact same thing I woke up thismorning and my bum hurt lol I feel like its bruised like I have fallen on it this is my second pregnancy and don't remember getting any of this 1st time round x

Thanks for all of your helpful replies; I really appreciate it. At the very least, I know this isn't something to be too concerned about.

Sudden, sharp pain can be disconcerting.

Hi. I've has some weird twinges & a couple of short, sharp shooting pains now and again for a week or so plus this weird muscle spasm just below my belly button to the right. Read up on it and it all appears normal. The advice I got from reading up was that as long as the pain is not unbearable AND/OR not prolonged and you have no bleeding, everything should be fine. I was in two minds to call my Dr or MW but spoke to my mum who said that there is so much going on in our tummies right now that there are bound to be aches and pains along the way. Baby is moving and growing and developing so is likely to let us know they're there from time to time! Hope this helps! All the best with the pregancy x

I've been having a similar thing, just this last few days. I do remember now having it at about the same time with the boys too. Hopefully nothing to worry about!
