Search very low down, on the line with your pubic bone. I havent found that a full bladder helps, however thats not to say it doenst. Good luck

Yep search low down and more over to the right hip, also use plenty of the doppler gel as it makes life a lot easier to find. Sometimes it may help to find your heartbeat first and then the babys. The babys heartbeat will be a lot faster then yours.

Good luck

I used one of these in my last pregnancy I rented one from E-Bay which was a Hi Bebe one and gave great reassurance I'm also going to get one for this pregnancy. Use doppler low down near pubic bone when you find a h/b a whooshing sound is your heartbeat and baby's one will sound like galloping horses and will beat at about 160bpm.

Hope this helps.
