i know how you feel i gave birth to my daughter at 29 weeks had a m/c and am now pregnant for the third time, im terrified i guess we all have to cling on to whatever little hope we have and hope for the best

i know nicky it was bad enough me having to go into labour but it made me feel so bad thinking could i have prevented it , since then everytime i got pregnant i had to take folic acid 3 months before getting pregnant & had to take at least 500mg a day but i couldn,t keep them down when i was pregnant with my 2nd oldest & he was born having to go on special diet as his liver can,t digest high protein foods proberly they say it wouldn,t be lack of folic acid they say its gentic & there is a 1in 4 chance i could have another 1 on special diet , good luck & i hope you have a happy & healthy pregnancy . violet xx
