Ha ha!! Love this place!

Stopped me looking like a moron!

From what you guys were saying about seeing a doctor in UK,and not being essential, I thought Id better inform them of my happy news.

I rang this morn, and said " Hi Ive had a postive pregnancy test, but is it essential I see the doctor, or do I wait for the midwife to be in touch?"

They told me the midwife would see me around 8 to 10 weeks, then she stated,

" For a first time pregnancy your very well informed, the women we get here dememanding to see the doctor, when they cant do anymore than Im doing, is unreal, they get quite irate!"

So thanks!!

If you're gernally healthy-theres not much point in seeing your gp when you find out your pregnant. I had to see mine, because of other medication and so needed it changing etc.

When i made my apppointment to see my gp, the receptionist was about to tell me i didnt need to see him etc, untill i explained my situation and she got me booked in quickly. I guess some people do panick or think they need to see their gp loads.

Everyone on here is great!
