Hello I am very confused with my prgnancy (I even have my doc confused)!
I had a tubal reversal Feb12/08 had a peroid March 7/08 had a feeling on March 20th I was pregnant took a test got a BFP doc confrimed on the 21st
my HCG level was 429 then March 24th count was 566 then on March 27count was 768, April 2 it was 2098. I had a ultrasound on the 2nd didn't see anything doc said this pregnancy was hiding better than any he has seen in a while but it did not look ectopic. My question is, Is there anyone here that has went through something like this with there nums. And if so did you have a healthy pregnancy. I'm haveing another ultrasound on Monday but I can't stop worrying about it.

hello and welcome to BB. I really can't answer your ? but I wanted to congrat you on getting a BFP so fast after tr. I too had a tr in Oct. of 02 we did not get are bfp till Oct of 07 but I sadly had a m/c. Jan I went and had a hsg done and found out that my right tube is blocked and so now I started clomid. I will keep you in my prayer for a happy and healthy nine months, I hope on Mon. you see your little bean where it is to be.

Hi Tammi, I dont understand anything about tubal reversals but i do understand about Ectopics. Ive previously had 2 and im being monitored at the moment to see if im having another one. Regarding your Hcg levels in a normal pregnancy they should double every 48 hours, in an ectopic they will rise but they wont double. How long do you think your pregnant?? Have you any pain?? Have they offered to do an internal scan?/

My sisters numbers didnt double and were low. She also bled and went on to have a normal pregnancy and healthy baby. I dont think that they can be used alone so wait til you get your next scan - hopefully that will give you a clearer picture.

Thank you all I had my bloodwork and scans this morning I'm not suppose to know yet but the lab lady told me my hcg count has gone done to 2023 from 2098 so I am geussing my doc will call me and want me to take the meth shot I can't believe after everything we have gone through it ends up this way!!! But I have to keep thinking everything happens for a reason. And when it's time it will happen for us I just hope this didn't ruin my tube yet and we can save it (if it is ectopic) fingers cross that its not!

I went to the doctor yesterday morning, and my HCG levels went down... The doctor had me scheduled for an appt. today for a meth shot, but when I came home from the doctor, I was already bleeding, so he told me to come to the doctor immediately to get the shot. He said we needed to wait two months to start trying again... we never figured out if it was ectopic or a miscarriage. So he gave me the shot just in case it was an ectopic.
